The template picker in the canvas toolbar opens a gallery of more than 40 starter layouts for briefs, standups, retros, and project kickoffs. Pick one, edit it, and the canvas lives in the Room. See Canvas templates.
The emoji picker now opens about 3x faster in workspaces with more than 5,000 custom emoji. There is nothing to turn on, and the picker works the same way it did before.
A guest pass invites someone outside your company into a single Room for 30 days, without using a paid seat. Guest passes are available on Pingory Pro. See Guest passes.
Cmd+/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows) opens a searchable panel of keyboard shortcuts. Type what you want to do and the panel shows you the keys for it. See Keyboard shortcuts.
Notification schedules set quiet hours that apply across every device, and you set them once from your account. See Notification schedules.
Recaps writes an AI summary of the Rooms and threads you missed while you were away. It is out of beta and available on every paid plan. See Recaps.
Reminder timestamps now follow the workspace time zone instead of UTC. A reminder set for 9:00 arrives at 9:00, wherever the person who set it happens to be.
Scheduled messages now work in the Pingory mobile apps on iOS and Android, matching the options you already had on desktop. See Scheduled messages.
Admins can export workspace analytics as a CSV file from the admin console, so the numbers can go into a spreadsheet. See Export workspace analytics.
