A notification schedule sets the quiet hours when Pingory holds your notifications instead of sending them. You set the schedule once from your account and it applies across every device you are signed in to, so muting your laptop no longer means your phone buzzes anyway.
Pingory stops sending notifications to every device and keeps the messages waiting for you. Nothing is lost: unread Rooms, threads, and direct messages are all still there when your next window opens, with their badges intact.
Your schedule follows the workspace time zone, so an 18:00 start means 18:00 for the workspace wherever you are working that day.
Under Allow during quiet hours you can let direct messages, mentions, or a named list of people reach you anyway. Anyone writing to you also sees a note that you are outside your notification schedule, with the option to notify you now if it cannot wait.
Open the same settings page to edit the hours, or switch the schedule off for a day when you are covering something late. Setting a message to arrive at a better hour is a separate feature: see Scheduled messages.
