Guest Passes

A guest pass invites someone outside your company into a single Room for 30 days, without using a paid seat. Use it for a contractor on a short project, an agency reviewing a launch, or a client who needs to be in one conversation and nowhere else.

What a guest can and cannot do

• They join exactly one Room, the one you invited them to.
• They can read, post, reply in threads, and share files in that Room.
• They cannot browse other Rooms, search the wider workspace, or see your member directory.
• The pass expires after 30 days and access ends automatically.

Send a guest pass

1. Open the Room you want to share.
2. Click the Room name, then Members, then Invite.
3. Choose Guest pass instead of Member.
4. Enter the email address and add a short note about the project.
5. Click Send. They get an email invite and can join without a paid seat.

When the 30 days are up

Pingory reminds the person who sent the invite three days before a pass expires. From Members you can renew the pass for another 30 days, end it early, or convert the guest into a full member if the work has grown. Everything the guest posted stays in the Room after they leave.

Plans and permissions

Guest passes are available on Pingory Pro. Admins decide who can send them, and can require that guests turn on two-factor authentication before joining.
